Rēwena Bread is a traditional Māori potato bread. This loaf is made with 100% natural ingredients and our own potato bug.
It's super moist, soft and on the sweeter side.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Potato, sugar, salt, water and fermented potato.
Storage: We recommend storing this loaf wrapped up in a tea towel in your pantry. Like other sourdough breads this loaf comes back great after being frozen.
All bread orders must be placed by 10am on Mondays, as our bread is freshly baked and arrives in store Thursday morning and sent with overnight courier service. Any orders placed after 10am Monday will be dispatched on Thursday of the week following
