A R N I C A  is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It is also applied to the skin to ease arthritic pain as well as muscle and cartilage pain.

U S E - Use on clean dry skin, rub directly on aches, pains and bruises. make sure you wash hands after use and keep away from children. To preserve product and minimize contamination please use a wooden spoon to apply balm or dry hands. T I P - Keep balm in the fridge and it will be a beautiful cooling balm, use on hot sore feet.

T E X T U R E - Smooth and soft | Melts on contact with skin | Does not have the same heat as other muscle rubs | Smells beautiful | Cooling soothing Peppermint + Eucalyptus + Camphor scent. *our balms are oil & Wax based so if you have used an excessive amount it may stain clothes.
