Vegetarian and fibre-rich it makes delicious, hearty meals simply by cooking in water or broth and added with your favourite vegetables.
TO COOK: Start with 1 cup of water or broth to 1 cup of Ancient Grains Soup Mix. Bring to boil and simmer until the lentils are fully cooked, adding more liquid as needed.
