 The shampoo and conditioner is formulated safely and is suitable to use on a regular basis. (at every hair wash - recommended frequency for hair washing is every 2-3 days) (I go 5-6days myself)

Directions:  Apply the bar in circular motions onto wet hair to work up a lather. Massage into scalp and hair.  Wash off thoroughly.  To get the most washes out of your bars, air dry in between use on a soap dish on your bathroom windowsill.  Lasts up to 100 washes.
