Our Danish Rye Sourdough bread is made from 100% sourdough which makes it extremely tasty, good for gut health and super easy on the digestive system.
This loaf is packed with seeds and grains which makes it great source of fibre.
Using 40% rye flour and 60% wheat flour this bread is perfect for both savoury and sweet toppings and can be enjoyed both fresh and toasted.




Ingredients: Wheat flour, Rye flour, Kibbled wheat, kibbled rye, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, golden syrup, salt, water and sourdough

Storage: We recommend storing this loaf in a breadbox or paper-bag in the pantry, in these conditions it will last for a good 5-6 days.

Sourdough breads come back great from the freezer, so if you know you won’t get through a whole loaf, slice it up, pop in a plastic bag and freeze it.

 

All bread orders must be placed by 10am on Monday, as our bread is freshly baked and arrives in store Thursday morning and sent with overnight courier service*.  Click & Collect for Thursday or Friday is ideal. Please note: south island & rural delivery sent at your own risk
